you mean cut their raises. we have had no communication from the VA that he is getting his pension cut.

If it was $1000 this month and was going to be $1050 next month but instead is going to stay at $1000, is that a cut??

I thought a cut would be that if it was a thousand and now it's 900.

So your cost of living is increasing, but your income isn't. Since the increase was intended to offset the increasing cost of living, is the veteran's net ability to pay increased or decreased???
