Medical Records because the Public has a right to know if the person who will be running the worlds biggest economy is healthy enough to survive a 4 year term.

Birth Certificates because in today's world one must prove they meet the constitutional requirement of serving as President..

College transcripts because the public has a right to know what kind of person will be leading the nation... and a Persons college transcripts give us a window into his/her past..

And Tax returns because the public has the right to know everything about the person running for the nations highest office. The Public has a right to know if a man/woman has been involved in shady dealings and /or hiding money in accounts to keep from paying taxes.

Not to mention the Precedence that has been set by previous candidates.

Congress and State level jobs I wouldn't care. But to pass Senate Confirmation a Potential Justice must release his taxes. To pass Senate Confirmation a potential cabinet level position must release taxes. Willard released 23 years to John McCain without hesitation for the spot of Vice President. Now he wants the nations highest office and he clams up and refuses... and my bet is because he has something to hide.

As a purely strategic matter, I think it would be wise if Mitt Romney were to release as many of his old tax returns as possible, up to about 10 years or so--we already know that he is hugely wealthy; so this should not serve as fodder for any new class-warfare arguments--but for the Congress to become involved in the matter would be purely (and transparently) political. It would certainly not be a matter of neutral principle.

Actually he should!! And to One up the bastard, post his college transcript and call Obama out and watch him **** his pants!!
