Pelosi: 'I feel better' about chances to retake the House thanks to Romney

Quote:
Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said Wednesday that strong evidence of a gender-based support disparity between Republicans and Democrats makes her feel "better" about the chances for Democrats to retake the House in November.

Pelosi ranked the chances as better than 50-50.

"I've always felt good about it," she said Wednesday in San Francisco, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. "But now I feel better."

The war between President Obama and Mitt Romney over female voters intensified this week, with Romney asserting that 92 percent of the jobs lost under Obama were women's jobs, and Obama and the Democratic National Committee firing back that Romney's campaign couldn't even answer whether he supported a major piece of equal-pay legislation.

"I would have said, two months ago, we had a 50-50 chance of winning the House," Pelosi said.
If she said the Dems didn't have a chance to retake the House, I'd worry, but knowing that she feels better about them taking the House makes me feel more secure that they're not...

Maybe she's divining the mentality of VP Biden, who said the Dems were going to keep the House in 2010 only to get the worst licking in about 80 years...

Biden: 'I guarantee' House majority

So the "gender-baiters" on the left are feeling all warm and fuzzy about thier campaign of lies and deception.

Guess that's the new buzz word for the left now

(what did you call it when the right was trying to get the women's vote by accusing the left of attacking conservative women?)

We have to have the election before we see who wins it.

No, that's MY term for what's happening right now. Race-baiting has been joined by gender-baiting as the new campaign tactic of the left.
