Well I know we are both pretty conservative, and if we don't like him I don't see him with further political success.

I have no idea who the GOP could run. Maybe Shaddegg? Flake has a big scar on his record for going to his daughters recital and missing the cap and trade vote. That REALLY pissed off a lot of AZ conservatives.

I don't know who else is out there.

You wanna have some fun with this? Go google "Kurt Warner Senate".

How bout your governor?

She has a track record of winning a state wide race and is a proven antagonist of Obama's.

Yeah I went to Flakes town hall and man were people pissed off about that. Although I do see his point of the vote wasn't supposed to happen and you can't put family on hold all the time.

Warner would be interesting for sure. He could win I've heard him speak and he is really good in a business setting.

Meh, I think I would rather have someone else in the Senate.

Agree w/AzMike. I think she is more interested in state issues and being a governor IMO is a job with much more responsibility than a US Senator. I don't hear any inklings of her showing the most remote interest in that.

I've always been of the opinion that US Senate responsibilities (i.e. vote on stuff) do not nearly qualify you compared to governor experience if you want to run for POTUS.

I think Obama (and I have no basis for this - just a guess) is probably regrettiing making Napalitano DHS sec'y and allowing Brewer to get the AZ governorship. She not only won handily when she was up for a vote, she has been a major pain to him.

Not that I'm complaining about that!

I think Obama counted on Incompetano giving him cover on immigration issues, since she was governor of a border state.

Putting Incompetano (haven't heard that - good one) in charge of homeland security is like appointing Lindsay Lohan as head of the DEA.

She was terrible on border enforcement here and terrible on the national scale.

Yeahbut, all Obama needed to do was have his sycophants in the MSM regurgitate Incompetano's credentials as Obama described them.

You're talking about a POTUS who sent a campaign contributor to be ambassador to Belgium who was a complete ass hat and got recalled.

This is wrong...

Lindsey Lohan would be doing a much better job than Janet Incompetano...
