People profile themselves by their actions, attitudes, demeanor, speach, lifestyles, and habits. If you wear pot leaf jewelry, clothing, and drive down the road with a foreign flag hanging from your rear view mirror or not with party music blasting singing along to f**k the police, it is a good bet you will be watched and eventually busted. So, you stereotype or stigmatize yourself based on real life anti-social behavior. Common sense and discernment is what we are really talking about here and not racial profiling. If a certain race or ethnic group sets itself up by their common anti-social demeanor and actions then they become a social self-fulfilling prophecy...or a social disease....

I would not say that to my new neighbors who our gov't is helping to pay for their house and new car with the three SSI checks each of their kids get for being learning disable because no one in the home can speak anything but Puerto Rican. They got off the bus and were moved in just prior to the last election along with many others in the community...many people in the community are not too happy about it all. Our "Leaders" have forsaken -their own people- with their DIRECT efforts to IGNORE LAW, and make foreign aliens into citizens -contrary to the wishes of the people who trusted them, -and the Constitution of the United States of America. Shame on them all. And they should ALL know better because they took an OATH OF OFFICE to protect AMERICAN CITIZENS "from all enemies both foreign and domestic" when they accepted their job. -specifically, to wit:

Senate Hearing Promotes Anti-American Watchlist Bills

Since September 11, 2001, it's been clear that terrorists who hate America will exploit our weaknesses in order to destroy us. This week, Sen. Joe Lieberman (D-Conn.), Sen. Frank Lautenberg (D-N.J.), Rep. Peter King (R-N.Y.) and New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg exploited Americans' fear of terrorism to push their latest anti-gun proposal, and in doing so showed that they're willing to destroy other parts of the Constitution, to choke its Second Amendment.

On Tuesday, as chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee, Lieberman held a hearing to give Lautenberg and King the opportunity to promote their bills S.1317 and H.R.2159, to prohibit the possession of firearms by people on the FBI's "terrorist watchlist," and Lautenberg's S. 2820, to maintain records of approved instant background check transactions for a minimum of 180 days. The watchlist bills further propose that a person seeking relief in court from these new restrictions would be prevented from examining and challenging "evidence" against him, and that the judge deciding whether the person had been watchlisted for good reason be limited to summaries and redacted versions of such "evidence."

Confessed terrorist Faisal Shahzad was removed from the Department of Homeland Security travel lookout list sometime after Barack Obama came into office.


CBS reported:

Sources tell CBS News that would-be Times Square bomber Faisal Shahzad appeared on a Department of Homeland Security travel lookout list – Traveler Enforcement Compliance System (TECS) – between 1999 and 2008 because he brought approximately $80,000 cash or cash instruments into the United States.

The New York Times reported that the person who bought Faisal’s apartment back in 2004 was interviewed by federal investigators.

George LaMonica, a 35-year-old computer consultant, said he bought his two-bedroom condominium in Norwalk, Conn., from Mr. Shahzad for $261,000 in May 2004. A few weeks after he moved in, Mr. LaMonica said, investigators from the national Joint Terrorism Task Force [JTTF] interviewed him, asking for details of the transaction and for information about Mr. Shahzad. It struck Mr. LaMonica as unusual, but he said detectives told him they were simply “checking everything out.”

We all know what happened next.

Last week Faisal almost blew a hole in the middle of Times Square.

The only thing that saved the people of New York was Faisal’s incompetence.

UPDATE: Faisal Shahzad had contacts with several other terrorist leaders including the radical American-born Muslim cleric Anwar Awlaki, the Taliban Chief, and the Mumbai Massacre mastermind.


ABC reported:

Shahzad also had a web of jihadist contacts that included big names tied to terror attacks in the U.S. and abroad, including the figure who has emerged as a central figure in many recent domestic terror attempts – radical American-born Muslim cleric Anwar Awlaki.

Besides Awlaki, sources say Shahzad was also linked to a key figure in the Pakistani Taliban, its Emir Beitullah Mehsud, who was killed in a drone missile strike in 2009. The Mehsuds had been family friends of Shahzad, who is the son of a former high-ranking Pakistani military officer.
