2.) Again true, the administration was seeking legal advice not carte blanche authority, big difference.....
3.) I have problems in many areas of this issue. The way it was handled, the length of time that has past without any resolution. Now Obama's lack of leadership in going forward with his promises is completely embarrassing after all the finger pointing that went on before the last election.
There is enough stink to go around for the entire lot as far as I'm concerned.......
