Okay, I think I figured out the issue, but I'm not sure how to fix it. I ran the same path today as I did monday but today it was only 2 miles whereas on Monday the GPS said 2.5. I had it mapped at 2 miles. So I looked at the map the GPS made and I noticed on Monday this spike off to the east of the road I was running on. That must be the extra half mile. No idea why that spike is there, but when I ran today I noticed that some power lines run through that exact spot.

Sucks though. I can't do anything about the power lines obviously, but if the GPS spikes off a distance like that, it totally screws up my distance, time, speed, etc.... which is the whole point of using the app. Grrrr
