Consumption is indeed important in a free economy: particularly the freedom of consumers to buy their goods in unhampered markets. Public policies that promote consumption — such as low interest rates — do so at the expense of savings. Less savings means less investments; an economy that does not save or invest will consume all of its resources and eventually end up bankrupt.-David Saied

Never make the mistake of asking a redneck who the hell Hank Williams Jr. is.

Well, now I know that Hank Williams is a country/Western singer. OK.
But why do I need to ask him about the NFL game?

Are you aware that the word Deutsch is pronounced exactly like a word Americans use to describe a woman cleaning out her vagina?

Just didn't know if you had been alerted about that little tidbit or not.

Them redneck schools in yer parts don't know squat bout German prununseeation...

Douche [doosh] and Deutsche [doi-chuh, doich] are not pronounced the same. Very different, but it may be how it sounds to some. I've added a link a redneck pronounciation test, just incase I may be wrong Are You a Yankee or a Rebel? Southern Accent Test

We know how we pronounce it:
It's Ponss de LEahn not PonzAy dAy LeOn (for the guy who was looking for the fountain of youth), and it's dooshmark, dooshland.
And while I'm at it yank's mispronounce sherbet all the time. It's like sure-bet with the accent on the sure. Not shurburt.

One of my aunts was from Germany and she pronounced a shower and the word for the feminine product the same. She called them both a dush with a short u sounding like umbrella.
Thanks for the link! . I took one such test and it said I am from Philadelphia.
