I manage a team of 8. It is time for year end reviews.

I was given a budget of 17,000 to use in raises divided by the 8.

I didn't divide them completely evenly.

My top person gt 2500.

ACA is just like almost every other big government idea.

The idea behind it is good. Get health coverage for more people. Excellent idea on principle.
