Its way cheaper to get an ID than it is a gun. IDs cost anywhere from $8 to $50. Washington being the most expensive with $50,Oregon being $44.50 Hawaii being $40, Pennsylvania $31.50, California $33...

From what I have seen, less than 10% of this bill would go towards infrastructure. That is NOT what we need.

But that is just par for the course for these massive, left wing, progressive spending...
