a few, but most of them want real rapist and murderers locked up...humanly... after a fair trail.

But many on the right find it hard to conceive of SOME cops and soldiers as rapist and murderers? ...

It is odd to me though that even convicted soldiers and police somehow are assumed innocent... becasue we "weren't...

Why would he "look into" pardoning war criminals?
Convicted or on trial?

At the very least it sends a signal that ity's A-OK to kill foreign non-combat civilians.

unless they didn't do it or...
