I would guess that they feel threatened.

A company doesn't actually CARE about people.

My company almost went with CIGNA, and I was not happy about that. But they decided not to, and so I still am insured with Blue Cross.

Now we wonder how much stock ratings, if any, CIGNA would have following the news?
