This is one reason I object to the theory of evolution being taught as fact. It leaves no room for error. When something turns up that can't be explained the ego's of science will either bend the evidence to fit the mold or sweep it under the carpet all together rathr than admit they may have got it wrong. As the audio points out science has been wrong in the past and will be again. It's the greatest scholars of the day that put up the biggest road blocks to advance the truth.

I realized science didn't have all the answers when I had my kids 4 and 6 years apart.
Each time the great and awful pediatric associations came down with an indisputable text of advisories. They did a complete turn around three times !!
The only thing we know for sure is that science is evolving.

As far as death goes, the question arises as scientist have found that we can point to several creatures that are extremely long lived and can manipulate gene switches and nutrient intake that seem to allow for near immortality. Why would "evolution" chose to program death into the equation?

Below is a link to the 1st part of the chapter on sex.
basically sex makes no sense to have arisen and proliferated when self replication was 1st and is better. There's no evolutionary idea that accounts for it.

OK now that I think about it yes self replication seems much more efficient.
I wish you could find a link on the creatures that switch to beat death longer.

I meant to write that Scientist have found genetic switches in that THEY can alter to make worms and fruit flys and human cell cultures live 1000 to 50% longer respectively.

well I hope you have time to bump this in a month or so because I will be moving and deciding on an IP. and set up my desk top again.
At present I use a tiny mini notebook and can't open many pages at one time.
