First-Ever Changes in an Exoplanet Atmosphere Detected
The planet, HD 189733b, is a gas giant larger than Jupiter. Due to a solar flare from it's host star, a mere three million miles away, is having it's atmosphere change with hydrogen exiting the atmosphere.
