There's no specific age when you reach old age because it varies by individual. So while you don't know exactly how old you'll be in advance your body will tell you when you reach it.

Well, over the last two years my body told me I've now reached Old Age.
I was starting to feel old too, so I got a check up to make sure my heart and everything was still good to go, then I got busy, I doubled my workouts, cut down on the beer, and watched what I was eating. You CAN reverse the aging process, but it takes work. In 1 month I turn 60, I plan to be one of those guys where people say " He is in good shape,...for an old guy"

You are fortunate then.

I am a couple of years younger than you (like, 2) but my body betrayed me early on with an autoimmune condition in my early teens. Then it compounded when I was in my mid-twenties, and at 45, it whacked me upside the head and killed my pancreas. Assorted stuff since then, and another fun one relatively recently.

And I have always been a decent eater, no junk food (well, let's not include chocolate) and healthy with the exception of. I feel like I'm 90 some days.

They lied about old age. There is nothing golden about it.

That sucks about the autoimmune condition. I am pretty lucky, I always thought it was because I have taken vitamins for the last 50 years, since I was 10 years old. All my hospital visits and surgeries have been orthopedic type stuff from motorcycle crashes and other assorted injuries. Take your vitamins, eat well, and keep moving, those are the keys.
