I hope to be relatively active, we'll see how it goes. I am currently a member of another forum that has a considerable number of international (non US) members. Do we have many here and/or would they be a welcome addition?

Are you from "International" or an actual country? I am well traveled and spend much time in SE Asia and Pacific/Australia.

We're still pretty new, but we do seem to have a global appeal...We even have a Russian whose joined recently...

Nationality is not an issue...all are welcome...Invite your friends along to join this close-knit community...

I would be from the US, currently residing in North Carolina.

That's good to hear, but they're not all 'friends'. Most of them lean left, as you could imagine...

Believe it or not, I ENCOURAGE my political opponents to come here...

My first forum experience was with one that was aligned with my political beliefs...That got old REALLY quick...It ended up being one, big circle-jerk where one person said "I hate Michael Moore!" and 100 people would agree...

What fun!...

Of course, I don't want it to be everyone against me either, so everyone is welcome just the same...

So invite your friends AND enemies (politically, that is)...

Never heard of PoFo. I gravitate here from a site that grew from supporting an online game. Game's not so popular anymore so several of us have gotten to the point of predicting who will say what and when...

I'm agnostic, socially liberal, and fiscally conservative. I'm sure everyone will come up with more creative labels for me in time.
