Up late AND up fairly early. Be glad when this particular run is over. Georgia, Illinois, Nebraska, and Wyoming. Change of weather is a killer for me.
Hope you enjoy your outing!

My P.T.S.D. is what keeps me in all different modes. Just can't shake it. Nor do I try, I'm on for the ride........lol

But late at night one can find some great news that for some reason didn't make it on the snows during the day.

Even On the Military Channel at 0400 to0500 HRS is some great recreation of the 1776-79 Revolutionary War. From diary's
and other sources. I keep hearing how they used words and how strong the belief in God was for all the countries people.

And the words of Tom Paine, in both of his publishcation which brought the idea of war to the forefront and supported our soldiers in the first winter retreat at vally Forge and other locations. Gosh it moves me what they thought and how they endured. And today we complain about so much. lol

This re-creation of the Revolution of 1776 this morning is great, starts with Washington's army backinh up to S.Penn. And of the once 20,000 man army it was down to 3,000 by winter. But again maybe cause of congress (which as
now did little for the people) ask the 13 colonys to pray for a day. A national day of prayer. Think you would hear that today? And maybe or maybe not it worked. Washington, crossed the Delware and took the Hussians and Trenton. Then onward to Prinction where he was in the fight. If one wa sto research and be a believer they would see the Hand of God in places. BUt I am not promoting any faith just sharing. But the way words were used and the ideas of the people just draw me. I wa slistening to some old Dylan I recorded in 2003. Songs I haven't and some I do hear when I play a disk. I made them.. lol Words and their use. Hummmm I think there is a connection.

I meant S.W. Airlines. And this won't help any.

ATA files for bankruptcy - Yahoo! News

INDIANAPOLIS - ATA Airlines discontinued all flights Thursday after filing for bankruptcy.

The carrier sought help from other airlines to help potentially stranded passengers and posted advisories at ATA ticket counters in the handful of cities it still served.

The Indianapolis-based airline said in a statement on its Web site that it became impossible to continue operations after losing a key contract for its military charter business.

Prior to petitioning the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana on Wednesday, the airline had approximately 50 flights per day, mostly between Hawaii and four west coast cities — Oakland, Los Angeles, Phoenix and Las Vegas, said company spokesman Michael Freitag.

In the message, the airline apologized for the disruption and suggested that customers seek alternative travel arrangements.

The company had over 2,200 employees, Freitag said.

"Virtually all of ATA's employees are being notified today that their positions are eliminated," Freitag said.

ATA was awarded a contract worth up to about $355 million from the U.S. Air Force for international airlift services in 2006, but has struggled along with other carriers amid a floundering economy and high fuel prices.

Just two weeks ago, the chief executive officer at ATA's parent company resigned under pressure.

The carrier was brought out of bankruptcy in 2006 by MatlinPatterson, which had pushed former ATA CEO Subodh Karnik to make the carrier profitable.

ATA emerged from federal bankruptcy protection in 2006 and is now a subsidiary of Global Aero Logistics Inc.

ATA announced last month that it would leave Chicago's Midway Airport, which it had used as a hub since 1992.

I have to catch up on the news. Been busy with the weather going nice, taxes and other basic B.S. But hasn't two others done something beside raising rates.

The stock I bought also supplies airline processed foods. Glad I am in for the long count. lol
