Got a suggestion for you...You should add Promise Activ to your daily regiment. You drink one in the morning, another one before your supper.

You know what, Ali? I have been drinking that. How did I get inside your head? LOL

I have been eating Healthy Choice meals, chicken breasts, Activia yogurt, and Lord knows what else. I even have a Healthy Choice pizza in the freezer waiting to heat it up for lunch today, too.

Well, when I saw it being first advertised, I went looking for it. Even though I don't have high cholesterol, I'd like to make sure I don't get it eventually.

It is ok to treat yourself on occassion Highway. Just don't over do it. Moderation is the key.

At first the Promise Activ was hard to find. When I saw it on the web, the bottles were larger than the actual size. People them "shots".
