Yep, that's some real persecution there--you can't go to a rally and tell everyone they're heathens and they're going to hell and that they should be done away with. Yep, that's persecution. You can't go around to rallies telling people they're pieces of sh*t, how horrible! Oh, but it's "god's love"!!! BS. You can't yell "FIRE!" in a theater either, maybe people who like to yell the word "fire" should talk about their grievances.

When Christians are getting beat up for their beliefs in the U.S., let's have this discussion again. The fact that you'd post these things as being "similar" shows you don't understand the issue at all. We don't allow the kind of crap-talking against gay people because violence against gay people is STILL an issue here. There is no issue with Christians getting beat up over being Christian.

When a group of individuals gather together under the umbrella of a singular organization and take political action (ie. try to influence an election), they become a political action committee. The State of Colorado noted that this church had done exactly that. Because the church had acted as a political action committee in their attempt to influence the outcome of the election, the State of Colorado demanded that they register as a political action committee in order to comply with the law. When the church refused to comply with the law, the State of Colorado fined them for breaking the law. As they continued to break the law, they amassed fines. This is why items were confiscated, to pay of the fees and fines. Personally I don't think that Colorado should have stopped fining them until they complied with the law.

An individual doesn't have to register to take political action, an organization does. In effect, the first amendment rights of organizations are limited ONLY because they have to register as a political action committee to take political action. If they had merely complied with the law, they would have been able to say whatever they wanted to say.

This has been upheld, even reenforced through the McCain-Feingold legislation which has been deemed to be Constitutional.

I just don't see why people get so but hurt over things like this. No one is forcing you to watch it, much less enjoy it. And to go ranting about it all over the internet just shows how pathetic people can be. If it makes you that mad write a letter to Larry David himself. It probably won't do any good, but then again you guys are posting on forums, so you are use to your opinions not meaning a damn thing. My advice is to stop worrying what celebrities are doing and worry about your own lives. The world is full of excitement if you un-glue yourself from your leather computer chairs and stop concerning yourself with trivial matters such as this one.

Please submit a picture of your children, I'd like to print them on some toilet paper, and perhaps some pedophiles would enjoy the images during certain private and personal acts.
