Default 5 Reasons Evangelicals Should Vote This Time

I don't know if Evangelicals agree to do polls, but I'm thinking most of the 17 million the lady in the video below says didn't vote last time are going to vote this time. Still think it's going to be D+7 voting on election day?

So let's say her figure is right, listen to her 5 reasons for evangelicals to vote R&R, and whether you agree with them, or not try to guess how those 17 million are going to vote.

The myth of death panels and the myth tax-payer funded abortions in Obamacare already with in the first couple of minutes, how about some real reasons to vote for Romney and not made-up reason to not vote for Obama. Oh, and if Obama is re-elected EVERYTHING WILL END NO MOAR FREEDOMS!!

What a stupid video.

Yes, let's consider the target audience. For example let's consider the "myth" of death panels. As I understand the implication you are saying you represent the superior intelligence and mock the idea there will be independent rationing boards in Obamacare. If I say Sarah Palin to you, you will laugh. You and yours are of course of far superior intelligence. If she is saying death panels it is to laugh. Very well, let's see how she handles the issue when dealing with the higher functioning brain of your side on the issue of death panels.

The "Myth" of death panels is that there will be none.

As to tax payer funded abortions it's a more complicated argument, but seeing as you are asserting yours are the higher functioning brains, perhaps you can follow it.

I'm not actually an evangelical myself, but I am interested in this assertion of the higher functioning Prog brain. I keep looking for evidence of it, but then I find myself asking questions like this. Why would they piss off a gigantic voting mass this election by calling them stupid for 4 years if the fact this mass didn't vote last election benefited them?

You know the part of the original video that actually influenced me? That bit where they showed the baby being killed as it exited the birth canal, or being left to die in a separate room after birth. Is there any truth in what was said there, because that was freaky.

Top 5 Reasons - YouTube
No American or otherwise was arrested for an unpopular youtube video. The hoopla called attention to the guy and his parole/probation officer noted he was barred from making videos as a condition of his sentence.

Presidents do not decide on abortion and partial birth abortion was outlawed under bush.
if following the law no abortion results in a born alive baby
tax payers pay for health services and until you get a ruling on personhood no judge is going to overturn RvW cause it is on privacy.
There are no death panels.
the 'redefinition of marriage' is being done by the right not the left. there was never any word in law to say what sex the couple had to be until gay rights started gaining momentum. Laws against gay marriage in states that now have them are unconstitutional.
Netanyahu and his republican counterparts are in a political game. Obama talks with him all the time and knows what goes on by way of secret intelligence. We have a good relationship and stand to defend Israel.
Obama seems to look at the whole picture. Knee jerk reactions that are dangerous seem to be Romney's forte.
the videos were a component that frustrates our efforts to reach out to a culture that is very different from our own.
Yell fire in a crowded theater or tell some marine to his face his mother was a whore. That is provocative speech and so we must try to look at the religions and cultures of people we are trying to pry away from the propaganda of the Taliban and others. Use our heads.
f more Americans were not on food stamps they would be starving. these are the people who started losing during the previous years right up to now. The stimulus bitty part that was passed allowed for this And we should all be glad of it. The speaker acts as if Obama cause X more amount of people to be needing fs when in fact he saw to it that those who were going to or already did need them due to the recession indeed got them

Obama has over seen the creation of more jobs than all of G Bush Jr's years in office.
Of course we all know there have been low income courtesy phones for many years and that individual talking "Obama phone" is likely mentally challenged
I saw that segment of the View and Obama did not respond with "happy birthday, Barbara". He said happy b-day in another time period and this was edited to fool people.

Oh and she mentions small businesses without even a lie to back it up. If she did she would have to lie because Obama has overseen favorable conditions to small businesses, veterans and families.
Again she pulls something out of thin air "the Internet [will] be regulated" Completely unfounded.
The dollar worthless could be but says more about global policy and congressional inaction than the president.
The 2nd amendment to the constitution was strengthened during Obama's term, via the court so that puts that lie to bed.
"Civilian military ...show up on your door for speech violations" is another 'out of thin air' trick this speaker is pulling. I assume she is trying to connect it with the guy in Cali being arrested. Well if you make a spectacle of yourself in a public forum, you better not have a record cause it makes it easy to find a you!
When she says "unchecked" administration I guess she's forgetting the balance of three powers in government that check each other.
She is a paid actor and advertiser and that is her right but she is selling soap by saying your present brand is sand and that is false advertising in my book.
Ads like this make me (a born again Christian) more apt to vote for Obama because of the lies told against him. Makes me think of the adage:
if you'll lie you'll steal. So if you do wanna vote Romney Ryan better watch the old pocket book, folks!

Even the title of the video is misleading, as she doesn't actually give reason to vote for Mitt Romney. Not liking the other guy is no defense of the candidate you're backing. Even if I totally disliked Obama or Romney, that's not enough in my book to vote for their opponents. My vote is not earned by the mere virtue of not being "the other guy".

Back to the video in question, it's the same old song-and-dance. A hyberole-laden rant comprised of mostly made-up BS about the president, and of course the "Imagine all the horrible things he miiiiiiight do with a 2nd term." crapola. It's almost a threat really, "Vote for Romney or else America ends, and no more internet.".

It's funny, Barack Obama has been our president for four years, and we still have our speech, religion, guns, liberty, fast food, porn, internet, guns, junker cars, MTV(Unfortunately), SUVs, smokestacks, capitalism, private healthcare system, and guns. We didn't turn into some sort of green fascist socialist dictatorship or anything coming close to resembling such, nor are we on any sort of path towards such a thing. We have our problems, and some still linger on towards the end of Obama's 1st term, yes; but, the US hasn't turned into a mudhut village with the collective GDP of a pop can. America, is still pretty much the same America at its core; the sky is blue, the grass is green, and the flag proudly waves high in the air. Republicans aren't going away in 2012, and we more than likely won't see a shift of power in the House either. Even if Obama in his 2nd term begins to vaguely resemble the bullsh-t dictatorial caricature the right has created in their minds, we have a Congress, and both parties, to check his power.

It is always interesting how we cast our elections as between the savior of the multiverse and the baby-eating, devil incarnate. Our guy will be an amazing president and fix everything, and "the other guy" must never even be allowed into a voting booth. We've been electing someone's "other guy" for more than 200 years, and miraculously we're still here.
