A Christian friend and I were discussing our possibile choices in November. She suggested I read the first four lines from the seventy-second Psalm.
a prayer (By Solomon. Psalms 72:1-4) Word "president" is inserted for the word "king". Please help the president to be honest and fair just like you, our God. Let him be honest and fair with all your people, especially the poor. Let peace and justice rule every mountain and hill. Let the president defend the poor, rescue the homeless, and crush everyone who hurts them. ![]() Amen

That's an interesting statement. Superman was the embodiment of all that we held as an ideal at one time in this country, He was honest as Abe Lincoln, physically at the top of his game (LOL), beautiful, fair, trustworthy, always willing to help. Kind of like a big boy scout in that he was always willing to help those who were weak.
And sort of patriotic. He stood by Gotham no matter what. ![]() Also when we remember Lois, we see that he was also very human.
