Maybe we're so used to filtering through a politicians bullsh*t we can't believe a direct answer without all the blabbing.

You asked if I was going to ignore discrimination and I replied:

Sadly too many groups equate equal treatment with special treatment. I don't want to pander to any group but I don't want to see any singled out for descrimination either.

Male/Female, rich/poor, black/white, gay/straight. All the same.

That's about as direct an answer as I can offer. I don't allow discrimination but I'm not going to pander to some group promising them rose gardens either. Everyone gets treated the same, their individual results are of their own making.

Ok, so what do you want me to do about it? All we can do is have non-discrimination laws in place. The other crap like quota's and other pandering political stupidity is a waste of time, the answer to discrimination isn't laws in favor of more discrimination.

What more do you want? Every individual has an equal chance at success or failure. If you fail I'm not going to "do" anything about it. What am I supposed to do go steal from someone else and give the money to the failure for a pity party? You failed, get up and try again.
