Default Trump wrong to claim US is padding COVID-19 stats

Donald Trump
stated on October 24, 2020 in Speech:

U.S. is “really not doing (COVID-19) reporting right” because deaths are being improperly counted and hospitals have an “incentive” to pad stats.

Quote:
Decisions on how to classify a given death are made by local doctors or coroners, but based on World Health Organization guidelines followed by the U.S. and nearly every other country.

Among death certificates that list COVID-19 as a factor, 92% call it the primary factor.

Hospitals do get 20% more money for Medicare patients (under a bill signed by Trump), but there’s no evidence that has spurred fraud.

Speaking at one of his many recent Wisconsin rallies, President Donald Trump said skewed stats mean the COVID-19 pandemic is overblown.

Polifact and the WHO two paragons of veracity. Polifact is a rabidly partisan organization loathe to give "true" ratings to any Republican. WHO is a propaganda outlet for the Chinese Communists.

The so-called analysis of President Trump's assertion that other countries report Covid-19 deaths differently claims US physicians receive no guidance in declaring the virus as the cause of death despite the additional $ at stake for doing so. It has to be true because the Resistance says so.

Isn't the over-assignment of COVID-19 as CAUSE of death, a known fact already?

Dr. Birx admitted that, that deaths of patients with COVID-19 were being coded on death certificates as COVID-19 deaths -- regardless of other disease that contributed to the death.

Birx admitted that this process is not the international rule or practice; we are outside the norm. Incredibly, this coding doesn't even require any test to confirm an actual COVID-19 infection, mere suspicion of COVID-19 meets CDC coding protocols.

Personal experience...

1. My brother's family got COVID. His daughter came home with it was tested positive and had it. Then the rest of them came down with it. There are 9 people in his family. Only one to be tested was his daughter. No indication that the rest of them were counted.

2. My wife's uncle's (husband of her biological aunt) mother got it. She was battling terminal cancer and had been given at most month's to live. She died and it was listed as a "COVID" death. Not even contributing. Just cause "COVID".

This leads me to believe, COVID cases are being under-counted while deaths from COVID are being over-counted. Granted, this is anecdotal, still if what I know from personal experience holds true elsewhere, I think it's a safe assumption to make.

A friend of mine had a colonoscopy done in March, two days later he developed a fever and went to the ER. He spent three days suffering, suspected of COVID, getting more and more septic before they figured out what was really happening (they perforated his colon during the procedure).

He finally went in for the colostomy reversal last week, that should have been done in 3 months or so, not 7 . . . 'cause COVID.

When Trump says, "All they say is COVID, COVID, COVID!" it rings true to him; they almost killed him.

Personal experience:

A friend of mine and his wife had gone to get tested for COVID. They got the test site, signed in and were told the wait would be about an hour. After 2 hours, they had other things to do and left. 5 Days later they got a letter in the mail telling them they post tested positive for COVID and to quarantine for 10 days. NEITHER OF THEM WERE EVER TESTED!

I have heard a number of similar reports.
