I have no idea what this idiot is talking about as he never actually gets to a point other than the NLRB reversed stuff. I can see why you chose to post it as he makes about as much sense in this video as you do in your posts. It was a complete waste of almost 5 mins of my time.

The administration loosened the federal government’s “joint employer” rule for businesses that contract out work, making it harder for victims of wage theft at staffing agencies and subcontractors to sue companies where the violations take place. The rule also frees franchising companies from responsibility for working conditions at their franchises.

Wage theft? Any one who uses workers from staffing agencies, they pay the agency, the agency pays the worker. Subcontractors usually work the same way. What you are complaining about, is the fact that a company can't be held responsible for what another company does, in regards to violating labor laws.

The short of it is, you want everybody held responsible for what someone else does, so there are deeper pockets to plunder for things they may not have known were going on you. YAY YOU!! Why do you hate employers so much?

As to the Franchisor/Franchisee relationship, the Franchisee usually guarantees to the Franchisor that all Labor Laws will be adhered to, and violations thereof put the franchise agreement in peril. Once may be waived, but penalized unless blatant disregard for laws, but twice your franchise rights will be terminated.

Again, you support the idea that someone who has no knowledge of what may have happened, should be held responsible for someone else's actions, deep pockets and all that.

You need to look beyond your support of the ability to flog employers as much as possible, and realize as more weight is applied, employers will fold, and then the current employee market will shift, and there will be a surplus of people who need jobs, and wages won't be going up... oops. I forgot that labor market talk is beyond your reach....

I believe you are talking way over her ability to comprehend. As with most people that suffer with TDS, all she really knows is that Trump reversed something that Obama did so it must be bad. No rational thought required, just blind outrage.
