The lawsuits have already been filed to prevent the spending and that litigation will take years to resolve. A Pentagon Approval and an actual Spending Authorization that's passed the scrutiny of the federal courts are two different things entirely.

Based upon the corruption, brutality, inhumanity, immorality, dishonesty, and incompetence of the Trump administration the White House is the dirtiest house in America and there's no known cleanser that with remove the stains of the Trump Administration.

Hopefully they are actual walls and not stupid fences.
