Default President Trump implies that he’s firing Rosenstein in strong statement at rally

Rod needs to go. Can't have a dude like that in a position of high power. No one buys the, "I was just joking and bein' sarcastic" bs.

Hope he's fired first thing Monday morning.

President Trump implies that he’s firing Rosenstein in strong statement at rally

President Donald Trump appeared to imply that he was thinking about firing Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein during his Friday rally after a report that the DOJ official planned to betray him.

“There’s a lingering stench…”

The report from the New York Times said Friday that Rosenstein had said he was willing to record the president in an effort to force the implementation of the 25th Amendment operation to oust him from the Oval Office.

Trump appeared to reference the report when telling the rally audience that he was going to rid the Department of Justice of a “stench.”

“Just look at what is now being exposed in the Department of Justice and the FBI,” Trump said, “look at what’s going on.”

“We have great people in the Department of Justice, we have great people, these are people, I really believe,” he continued. “You take a poll, I gotta be at 95 percent, but you got some real bad ones!”

“You see what happened at the FBI,” he said, “they’re all gone.”

“But there’s a lingering stench, and we’re going to get rid of that too,” Trump added.

Some took this to mean that he was considering firing Rosenstein based on the report from the New York Times. Rosenstein denied the allegations twice in separate statements released Friday.

The 25th Amendment allows for a process to remove a president who is unable to continue fulfilling the demands of the office, but it must be kicked off by the Vice President. The process has never been used in the history of the United States.

There is also the idea that Rosenstein is TRYING to get himself fired...

The "Deep State", media and Dems (redundancy alert) would immediately accuse Trump of performing a Nixon-like "Saturday Night Massacre"...
