![]() Gee, what could go wrong with letting horny teenage boys into the girl's bathroom.
I'm gonna sit back and wait for the colossal lawsuit to be filed the first time a dude molests a chick in a high school bathroom. And no one will be suspicious or notify school officials when they see a boy walk into the girl's bathroom in the first place because with Obama's influence, boys walking into the girl's bathroom would be a normal thing. Report: Obama administration to tell public schools to let transgender students use bathrooms of their choice | Fox News The Obama administration is expected to release a letter telling every public school district in the country to allow transgender students to use the bathrooms that match their gender identity, The New York Times reported late Thursday. The letter to school districts will go out Friday, and describes what they should do to ensure that none of their students are discriminated against. The letter, obtained by the New York Times, is signed by officials of the Justice Department and Department of Education. While the letter does not have the force of law, it does warn that schools that do not abide by the Obama administration’s interpretation of the law may face lawsuits or a loss of federal aid, The Times reported. “No student should ever have to go through the experience of feeling unwelcome at school or on a college campus,” John B. King Jr., the secretary of the Department of Education, said in a statement obtained by the New York Times. “We must ensure that our young people know that whoever they are or wherever they come from, they have the opportunity to get a great education in an environment free from discrimination, harassment and violence.” Earlier this week, the Justice Department and the state of North Carolina filed dueling lawsuits over the state’s controversial “bathroom” law, with the Obama administration answering an early-morning lawsuit filed by Republican Gov. Pat McCrory with legal action of its own. In a suit filed late Monday in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, the DOJ alleged a “pattern or practice of employment discrimination on the basis of sex” against the state over the law requiring transgender people to use bathrooms that correspond with the sex on their birth certificate. “They created state-sponsored discrimination against transgender individuals,” Attorney General Loretta Lynch said in a press conference late Monday afternoon. The suit was filed after McCrory, in his lawsuit, accused the administration of a “baseless and blatant overreach” in trying to get the policy scrapped. "This is an attempt to unilaterally rewrite long-established federal civil rights laws in a manner that is wholly inconsistent with the intent of Congress and disregards decades of statutory interpretation by the Courts," the state’s suit, filed in U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of North Carolina, said. McCrory, speaking at his own press conference, said Congress should get involved and “bring clarity” to federal anti-discrimination provisions – but urged the court to intervene in the current dispute, in the meantime. “This is not just a North Carolina issue, this is now a national issue,” he said. “We believe a court rather than a federal agency should tell our state, our nation and employers across the country what the law requires.”

![]() Don't know who "your" President is but our current POTUS certainly is a bigot. He happily using the power of his office to forcibly tear apart the social construct of gender remaking it to conform to the radical Leftist theory that gender is a political construct in defiance of biology. It is the same treatment our President applied to destroy traditional marriage. Anyone who opposes our President's social engineering by decree is simply labeled a bigot.
Watching AG Loretta Lynch give an incredibly partisan speech announcing a Federal lawsuit committing the government to protect the sacred right of Federal bureaucrats to redefine gender as a political construct. All that is necessary is for an identity group favored by the Obama administration to assert a right and out comes the Obama administration and the howler monkey media declaring a new civil right. ![]() ![]() |

![]() There is nothing in the Constitution that grants a president the power to demand who can use a restroom. People need to start ignoring his continuous overreach.

![]() I particularly enjoy the irony of small government conservatives always wanting lots of government overreach when it comes to the more personal aspects of our lives. (Bathrooms, marriage, abortions, etc)
Except guns, can't touch those because gun laws won't stop criminals but bathroom laws will totally. ![]()

![]() Naturally the Left's infatuation with so-called personal choices inevitably calls for giving unelected Federal bureaucrats more power over them. Or, in the case of abortion giving them God like power over the unborn person as Hillary put it. ![]() |

![]() This is how it should be done. Obama has zero authority to demand that schools cater to the mentally ill with gender dysphoria. I know the lefties consider these facts to be bigotry, but it is a mental illness that should be treated, not catered to, and recognizing reality is not bigotry. This juvenile name-calling is typical of the left when their arguments are bereft of logic or reality.
