Nothing like throwing your own race card in on top of obie's. Nice job puppet.

FDo you know what race baiting means? Because it seems that it doesn't matter what is said. If a black man speaks out about this story he must be race baiting.

Second, the police did follow up.
Did the police test Zimmerman for drugs or booze? Did they take samples of his clothing? Did the search the neighborhood to see if Trayvon lived nearby? Did they even check his phone to see who he may have called or to determin who he was? I could go on and on but it seems clear to me that the police made a decision in the case and did very little until the story went national.
Quote:
The local PD saw no evidence Z committed a crime therefor declined to press charges.
That is because they took Zimmermans word and did no investigation.
Quote:
The prosecutor also felt there was not enough evidence and likewise declined to press charges.
Perhaps because of the lack of interest by the police.
Quote:
And it turned out both were correct in not charging Z because a jury didn't find jack s**t to convict him.
So you would have the police dept. take the place of a jury? No thanks. They screwed this deal up whether or not the guy was found guilty.
Quote:
The only reason Z went to trial was because of the false outrage and race baiting being done on a national stage.
Again, you use the race baiting charge. This was not baiting at all. This was a full hearing into the facts. Sorry it bothered you that Zimmerman be required to defend his decision to kill another human being.
Quote:
Political pressure forced this Angela Corey moron to go ahead with the circus.
No, It was public pressure. We all saw something wrong with a case where a kid goes to the store with no intent but to go back home and he ends up dead. If you don't think that calls for a hearing then you live in an odd world.
Quote:
They should have listened to the Sanford PD and prosecutor's office. They had it right.
What if they didn't? Not that I agree with you but if it was your kid you would want it aired out in public. Not in some PD office. Would you not? BTW the mother and father have acted with real class and I feel real bad for their lose.

Quote:
If he woulda done simply that Martin would be alive today. Instead he decided to confront Zimmerman and assault him.
[/QUOTE]You don't know who confronted who and we will never know. Lets stick to the facts that are known.

Wow, pretty low stuff coming from the right wing today. Not totally unexpected that the "race card" card would be thrown out there, but still disappointing.

Can't any of you see what a convenient distraction this is for Obama? His IRS inspector general is being grilled and folks who are testifying are pointing way up the ladder so it is time to play distract and deflect. Same MO as fast and furious got with all the memory lapses. Look beyond the topic of the day to see what they are really doing.

The inspector General has admitted that groups from both sides of the isle were scrutinized. So now he is being grilled by the right. In other words the IRS scandal never was.

Mikeyy, I don't give a rat's ass what Obama said about Trayvon. He needs to shut up and run the country's affairs, the Constitutional way for once.

Presidents have always commented on national stories. It's OK. You'll be alright I promise. Obama talking about something shouldn't really get you so wound up.

If you paid attention to what was actually going on, you would know this is not true. It's nice of you and Cummings to be so cavalier and just blow it off, but that isn't going to be allowed to happen. We have a direct pipeline to Obama's appointee in the IRS. This thing is going to fall right into Obama's lap. No way to spin out of this.

40 year why don't you hope for things like the country getting stronger instead of putting so much hope into dragging our president down?

I am not one to drag the president down. I just want Obama to step down and retire, so that a real president can run things.
