Half of your response is political forum 101, the other half is cliche'.

Gop'rs can try to have their gotcha moment because they have low attention span and they honesty refuse to read. But still stands if this is the worst sound bite they got out of it and they think it's bad, shows lack of comprehension and a lot of desperation.

Interesting though...the "old" Obama said he could change Washington from the inside. Now he says he can't unless he has majority public consensus from the outside. Rots o ruck with that.

The ol Romney said he could change Washington if he got inside by bringing outside of Washington skills he'd acquired to the Washington table.

Has that changed? I missed the bit where that changed.

Obama can't change anything from any position because he isn't a leader in any way, shape or form.

You can't lead from behind whether you're inside or out. A leader can change things, a community organizer needs others to do the work.
