Default Obama Too Busy Too Comment On Libya

The insurrection in Libya is over a week old, and our "leader" has been eerily silent on it...

Now we know why...courtesy of some guy who will make us beg for Gibbs back...

Quote:
"This is a scheduling issue. The president will meet with Secretary of State Clinton this afternoon. We will have something to say out of that meeting. If possible, the President will speak this afternoon or tomorrow," White House press secretary Jay Carney said of President Obama's lack of response to the crisis in Libya.
You see, while Obama makes time to do things like declare a law unconstitutional and then direct the Department of Juctice to pretend that laws don't exist, he doesn't have the time to make a friggin' comment on protesters being gunned down by both air and ground...

Of course, Obama DID have time to coach his daughter's basketball team this past weekend...

President becomes ‘Coach Obama’ for daughter’s basketball team
Quote:
President Barack Obama holds the impressive titles of “president” and “dad” and now he can add “coach” to his glowing resume, reports the Washington Post.

Saturday morning the president left the oval office pressure cooker and stepped onto the basketball court to fill in for the absent coach of his daughter Sasha’s basketball team. Even though his daughters and the first lady were in Colorado on a skiing trip, the president decided he was needed, and stepped in to fill the coach’s shoes. If he couldn’t fix the country’s problems in one morning at least he could paint smiles on the faces of a group of nine-year-olds.

Priorities...

I heard is reply on the radio on the way home from work and he did not mention Khadafi (?) or him stepping down once. Funny, how with Egypt that he could not stop calling for Mubarack to quit. Obama is such a useless piece of work.

Does anyone know what this country is supposed to represent anymore? If you do, please tell Obama. He needs a lesson.

Finally. Either the prez doesn't give a rat's ass about Libya, or he was working through diplomatic channels and getting all his duck in a row before speaking to the American people. What do you think salt? What was that old Perot saying, "measure twice, cut once".

It's "Libya"...Not "Lybia"...

But that's OK...The White House doesn't know the correct spelling either...

My spell checker usually catches that Lybia Libia. Libya. There it is.
Ancient Berbers ( African/Oriental) were indigenous to Libya. Did you know St. Augustine was a Berber? Just fyi.
