Both of those situations are the same. Both are very different from dressing up in black face and mocking black people in general using reprehensible stereotypes.

If you don't see the difference then there's no point in continuing the conversation.

Really? Mr. "Nappy headed ho's?"

I'd have fired him too. His sh!t stinks racist, misogynist, and ignorant with just three little words.

They both seem to be portraying reprehensible stereotypes to me. They both seeming acting like buffoons.

Nothing funny at all. I'd have walked off that show and out of that party.

Bottom line: nothing good can come of putting black shoe polish on your face. I can't believe someone would think for a minute that a black person wouldn't find that offensive.

People, yes even black people, do not have a right to not be offended.

And again I ask... since when is it unquestionably offensive to dress up like a celebrity?

I have no idea whether it is offensive - I'm not black.

You still don't understand the history of black face in this country, do you?

I could really give a flying f*ck if YOU think this is offensive or not, I just can't understand how you can't conceive why it would be quite offensive to black people.

I'm sure you could really give a flying f*ck whether or not I consider sexist behavior toward women offensive too.

Starting to get the picture???
