Default Are unjustified killings by police over exaggerated?

What percentage of police initiated contact with the public result in the death of a any person? This could be anything like someone stopped on the street by a cop for jay walking, traffic stops, domestic disturbance, bank robbery or some other reason the police might have for having contact with the public. It doesn't matter if the death was justified or not. Nor does it matter if the person is white, black or whatever else . I am asking "what percentage of the fifty million plus encounters the police has each year with the that results in the death of a any person? I know the almost 1200 people a year killed by cops are justified. The reason I ask is because anti-cop racist make it seem as though police are just out hunting black people or that police shooting actual INNOCENT black people is somehow an epidemic and not just a few bad apples in the police departments. Yes I am calling Black lives Matter people racist. The reason they are racist is because the huge vast majority of black people are murdered by other black people in this country, but yet they only say **** when only a tiny handful of innocent black people are murdered by a white cop.

80 to 100% of police encounters result in the death of a any person.
60 to 80% of police encounters result in the death of a any person.
40 to 60% of police encounters result in the death of a any person.
20 to 40% of police encounters result in the death of a any person.
1 to 20% of police encounters result in the death of a any person.
Way less than 1% of police encounters result in the death of a any person.
