![]() AntiFA is anti First Amendment. Where, in the name of Omar's butthole, did you get that Antifa means anti fascism?

Antifa was originally the Communist antagonist in Germany demonstrating and fighting against the NAZI fascist brown shirts. Now they fight against our democracy. So you are intrinsically correct for the contemporary times but historically they were anti fascist.

Colleges are the ones that have left-washed at least 25 years worth of students. college kids have been a captive audience to far left wing indoctrination without fair rebuttable. Now they don't even want to ALLOW even mild or rational rightwing/conservative rebuttable on campus at all. And have even banned some folks of the left that aren't left leaning ENOUGH. So yeah, sadly "college educated" = left indoctrinated. not necessarily any smarter. Quote:
but if anyone tries to point out a racist comments or actions from anyone other than those groups, eye's roll, it's automatically denied and/or excuses made. Except of course all the racist comments against white people. That's easy to spot for some folks. They can see or even divine that instantly. And those that have said or done racist things politically 'against' whites are allowed no excuses or forgiveness and are forever known only as racist. the double standard is interesting on all side. Everyone's extremely (overly?) sensitive to racist remarks and innuendo and can see the "racist" of the other side, but have difficulty admitting that those they support/admire have ever been racist in the slightest. IMO everyone should take a chill pill, .....and an honesty pill.

I wanted to edited that bit of my comment but came back to late. I should have said Trump hasn't started or engaged us in any NEW wars... so far. the economy is about that same as it's been as far as i'm concerned. from bush Jr to now it's been at a low simmer. But Trump at the lead hasn't made it much worse or better.so people have no reason for MAJOR complaints on that front. I said the economy is "OK", not great. bottom line Trump's term so far has been relatively uneventful on the major fronts i mentioned. So people's lives have not been disrupted from the status quo. so there's no MAJOR felt need to DUMP him. He can sail back into the white house on raw inertia... and the people's general sense of relative stability. Especially in the light of the shrill alternatives.

So it may be just a question of which group is larger. Moreover, his frequent rallies are intended, I believe, to fire up the latter, and thereby ensure that they will come out and vote in November of 2020. He does, however, have a problem with suburban women--it is my understanding that a majority of these tend to allow personality to outweigh policies, when deciding how to vote; and his personality is not exactly warm and fuzzy--so he really needs to improve his standing here. Note: Donald Trump did not win a majority (or even a plurality) of the vote in 2016--the popular vote is just not how we elect presidents in this country--but it would probably be a mistake to assume that he can win again, with such a low vote total. I do agree, however, that at a time when Nancy Pelosi is becoming a centrist in the Democratic Party (due to the insurgency of some far-left freshmen), it is becoming much easier for Trump to win re-election.
