NO! He/She killed someone. They are lucky they are still drawing breath because 100 years ago they would be hanging from a rope. When he can bring his victim back to life then he should be allowed to pay for his own sex change. Until then,tough $h!t.

I second that and would add with our prison already being run by some of the bigger gangs we have gone to far with allowing them what liberties they now have.
It once wasn't that way! The changes came from liberal minded save the animals fools that thought they should have these rights.

Well look at before and the after effects. I prefer the before when prisons were run by the State, the wardens and guards.

This is but one story, try looking for the rest and wake up to the facts we have over 2 million people in either jail or prisons, when is enought of this they have rights to crap going to end?
