There was a Best President thread, so I thought what the Hell, who's the worse then.

I was just goofing with the poll options, because I knew there was those old-timers who had the rep for being awful, but I couldn't remember their names, so I just offered names I'd heard people bitch about before then gave an option for "other".

Feel free to remind me about those oldies, but baddies.

I think this is too simplistic. I guess the one who actually seriously broke the law and undermined the notion of free and fair elections would be Nixon. Although I think he did some good things.

There has been things that were wrong done by many of them. Reagan with the arms deal, Clinton lying about Monica, Bush II with a few things. Almost all of them have been behind screw ups. But in the end what Nixon was attempting undermines our democracy. That is the thing that makes the U.S. what we are.

I really struggled with this one, Carter, FDR, or obama, they're all so bad. However, I chose obama because as we see his policies are killing the country. And, after reading an article where even Carter is criticizing obama I had to go with him.

I voted for FDR as the worst. Four terms and a massive fascist expansion of the Federal governments role in our daily lives we are saddled with to this very day. This dwarfs the incompetence or corruption of the other contenders.
