If the standard is running the Federal government better than President Obama then the answer is yes. First I'd insist and work with Congress to get a Federal budget in place along with a 10 year spending plan. I'd veto any appropriations that exceeded the agreed upon budget. I'd launch a major campaign featuring frank discussions about entitlement reforms. The present system isn't viable.

And yes, I could do a better job than Obama, but that's not saying much. A three year old kid with a ouija board could do a better job.
