I think it was a bit silly. But I wouldn't try and make a mountain out of a mole hill. What was it McCain said the other day. Sometimes its hard not to be ashamed of your country. Or something like that. If that had been Obama you guys would be falling all over yourselves with phony indignation

They needed to ask me...you're damned straight, I'm ashamed of my country. Everybody ought to be ashamed of this poor excuse for a president and his cabinet, and their policies and their willingness to lie to American people and literally "turn the Constitution on its' head. We're a global embarrassment.
And Obama did say something just the other day...that he will never question anyone's patriotism, as he doesn't expect anyone to question his; and that if the country's leaders don't adhere to the ideals set forth in the Constitution then one of the most patriotic things one can do is to protest and to question the actions of said leaders, to hold them accountable.

A true patriot is like a liar. He doesn't have to tell people that he is patriotic they already know.
