The war is Bush's and Cheney's....the Dems were lied to...that is public record. The extent is well-documented in McClellan's new book. Absorb it, and reflect on that.

It is the United States and UN war. There were no lies. McCellan documents no lies just the same old tired assertions. The Dems voted on it with the full conviction with the same information they voted into effect the ILA.

Remember the offical policy of the US to remove Saddam was put in place by President Clinton not President Bush.

Factaully wrong, it was Clinton has asked the Congress to make it the official policy of the United States to remove Saddam from power and replace his government with an elected government.

And that support entailed the President recruiting an army, training that army, equipping that army with military arms and munitions, providing logistical support, intelligence and funding it all, all for the purpose of overthrowing the government of Iraq. An act of war. And had he succeed then the US would have been doing just as now, helping to secure the country so the new government could emerge and elections could take place and the country be secured.

He failed and left it for Bush to clean up.

And now we have a Dem admitting that they lied to the people about it, knew that they would not pull out the troops, knew that the battle had to be won but lied about the war and about Bush in order to regain politcal power and in the process making it more difficult, encouraging our enemies to fight on causing more death and destruction that there had to be.

Now it is time to call them on it and vote them out of office.

I agree some Democrats have politicized this war. It is shameful and all one has to do is watch C-Span and look at what really goes on. Watching the speeches of those you agree with and those you strongly disagree with will give you a better perspective than any you can get from Fox/CNN, a news organization that I consider a consolidated effort to limit voters to the two main blah blah blah Parties.
