My initial reaction was "An elephant and his dog",

"Elephant's best friend".

But what I can't help but wonder is how he keeps from stepping on the dog.

Anyway, no drug, not even alcohol, causes the fundamental ills of society. If we're looking for the source of our troubles, we shouldn't test people for drugs, we should test them for stupidity, ignorance, greed and love of power.

Elephants are very sensitive animals, and highly intelligent.

I take it you didn't go through the 9 pictures they had at the site.

I did look at all of them. Photos take me away from politics and regular life.

There was a little description to the right of the photos and photo number 7 had a sad ending to this story. It said recently that the dog got killed by coyotes and that the elephant found her body and then carried it back to the sanctuary office gate. It also said that the other elephants have been treating her with more kindness than usual.

I hate stories like that. I couldn't imagine my doggies dying on me, much less me doing on my dogs.
