This is not merely an issue of how many homes McCain owns. It's a larger issue that speaks to his "experience" in the economy. There are seventeen year olds with more "work" experience than McCain, meaning they've earned a check not issued by the government. As a person who is supposed to want to reduce the size of government and work to improve the conditions for the average worker/business owner, how does McCain reconcile this?

It just doesn't make logical sense.

It has nothing to do with the military Cnredd. As I stated in the OP, the work is courageous and important, but it is paid by the state. McCain hasn't worked a job where he hasn't been paid by the state unlike the VAST MAJORITY of current members of the military and almost all veterans. You are side stepping the issue to make this into something it's not.

It's not about McCain's service, it's about his lack of work in private industry. How can we expect him to be good for private industry if he's never worked in private industry. Hell, most people have jobs other than government. Those are the people that need help. Those are the people making up their minds as independent voters in this election.

Agreed. They didn't/don't have the capacity to fully understand the economy either. The economy is not some theoretical thing, it's a real institution that requires the correct guidance to ensure it's stability.
