It is so funny when the RWers blame the Lefties for controling them. How exactly does the left and Obama control in party politics? The real reason anyone (establishment Republicans) talks about backing off on the scandals is because they realize the scandals are just made up and make them look stupid. Creditibility is too far gone to worry about.

I agree. Now that the left is calling all of these real problems "made up scandals" it's time to prove the truth to the masses, and quit being such a bunch of panzies

Well, one way is by ignoring the Constitution. An example of this would be his making "recess" appointments when the Senate was not in recess.

Another example is his setting the tone (at the very least) to have the IRS used to target conservative groups.

Yet another example is his having a Department of Justice that prefers to ignore the recent SCOTUS ruling that certain sections of the VRA (vintage: 1965) are obsolete, and no longer enforceable.

Then, there is his refusal to have his attorney general enforce DOMA, even before the SCOTUS ruled against it.

And there is his propensity to rule by edict, while doing an end run around Congress. (All on the excuse--as voiced in 2012--that "[w]e can't wait" for Congress to cave to the president's demands.)

Shall I go on?

Sure, until you come up with something.

I am beginning to think the term Liberal is outdated or else there already has been a split. I once scorned the term Progressive, but the more I think about it lately it really fits the stance I have that we should build to the next era.

There is no hypocrisy on the liberal side. We talk the talk and walk it in a perfectly straight line. Take women for example. It is the Republicans and their war on women you've heard so much about recently in the mainstream media. I can personally attest this is 100% true and not imaginary. Conservatives treat women like s**t, completely rude, and shouldn't be trusted around them. Sure there was Anthony Weiner but that's a one in a million example. And Bill Clinton doesn't count because Monica was fat, and we all know fat women can't be sexually harassed. In all, the Democrats treat women like we would our own daughters and extend nothing but respect, chivalry, and professional courtesy towards them.

Sure there's hypocrisy on both sides of the bitter and divided political aisle but liberals love to pretend they're more pure than uncut Colombian blow while making up fictitious pandemics like Republicans declaring war on women. We had this line shoved down our throats in the 2012 election like glazed donuts in a Sally Struthers pantry. Sure this was an Edison-like invention during a heated presidential election where the gloves come off like a prom night dress but any sober person knew this was just phony rhetoric. While liberals were pointing at conservatives and claiming they treat women worse than an Ariel Castro basement, their own scandals and indecency toward women were piling up with every crotch-shot snap of the camera and slap on the ass in a mayor's office. Maybe it's time liberals realize hypocrisy is a two-way street and aren't above the fray. Good lesson to learn for next year's election season. Instead of making up more lies against Republicans than Tyga discussing his childhood background maybe you all can direct your attention at the real issues plaguing America and maybe toss out your ideas at fixing them. Just sayin'.
