Irrelevant of whether you are for or against the idea of government interference in healthcare, NO reasonable person should be for this inparticular law based on the very first chart shown...



How the HELL can anyone say "It's a good law" when it's written so friggin' poorly, a group of "experts and legislators" can't even even get to the bottom of the most simplest of questions about it?!?!?!...

A non-partisan review can't even decide what 1/3rd of this law does. It's crap get rid of it.

I tend to agree, with so many marked "debatable" it's not worthy of retaining..

...at any rate,this was not a positive review of Obamacare by ProCon when 23 issues are in the debated column using pro and con responses.

It's about what Obamacare is and what it's not.

BTW....they have a very interesting site.

What's worse is so much of this law is at the whim of DHHS, one person can change the law at any time. That's not what a law is supposed to be.

Don't forget the role of the Obamacare death panels required to make cost reduction recommendations implemented at the pleasure of the HHS secretary. What's the surest method of reducing costs? Denial of care. Do the death panels have to deny care outright? Nope, just reduce the reimbursement rate to the point there are few to no providers. Patients that die while waiting in line are good for cost reduction.
