Screw Dick Morris, and screw Obama. When you're talking Global Governance, and the taxes, and enforcement arm this would necessitate, Obama's just an interested bit player, and Morris is irrelevant.
Is there really nothing to see here though? Should we move along? Countries and organizations are pushing for some form of global governance all the time. It's drip, drip, drip. Just for quick support of that I Googled, clicked on News, and gathered up a quick little bunch from a single page.
