The comment illustrates the lunacy of the OP. The litmus test is concurrence with political beliefs. If you don't adhere completely to the party line, you are a threat to the country. Currency speculator and convicted insider trader Soros is lionized because he supports the "right" causes. But the evil Koch brothers induced a "surrender to commercial interests with their donations to the Tea Party.

How about instead of playing politics with the First Amendment we recognize its guarantee strengthens us?
