Okay.

It is based upon an Associated Press article.

Here it is, as carried by the Detroit Free Press: Scuttling health care act will freeze Medicare, White House warns | Detroit Free Press | freep.com

A snippett:

"Medicare's payment system, the unseen but vital network that handles 100 million monthly claims, could freeze if President Barack Obama's health care law is summarily overturned, the administration quietly informed the courts.

"Although Obama's overhaul made significant cuts to providers and improved prescription and preventive benefits, Medicare was overlooked in Supreme Court arguments that focused on the law's controversial requirement that all individuals carry health insurance."

Satisfied?

No, I want the actual document. Not someones view of the document.

What I supplied is not "someone's view." It is an AP article. And the AP surely does not lean to the right.

It is evident, however, that you are not really intereted in information. Rather, you appear to be animated by the desire for the equivalent of some third-grade style taunt...

If it's not available then just say so.

The matter of availabiity is entirely irrelevant.

I have just become weary of jumping through hoops, in a vain effort to satisfy you.

If you cannot (or will not) accept the essential accuracy of an AP article on the subject, then please be my guest, and continue to live in denial...

I think UHC would be the cheapest way to go. I hope eventually that's what we end up with.
Pork barrel spending to curry favor with special interest groups pleases me? That is insane.

A simply question, do you favor or oppose the special deals given to Big Pharma and the AARP in Obamacare?

UHC will always be cheaper because government death panels can simply deny care or choke off services to the point where the waiting period becomes fatal just like they do with England's "national treasure."

Yeah, that's what I want for my healthcare: cheap and crappy

No, sorry. It doesn't make me happy at all for competition to be eliminated. Not in the slightest. Not even a little bit.

Exactly!

Admittedly, the term, "death panels," is probably a bit too loaded to be of any further use--I do believe it serves as an accurate description of these bodies; it simply cuts off all reasoned debate, rather than promoting it--but your general observation is perfectly correct, in my opinion.
