The most recent and obvious example of this administration’s serial abuse of power in furtherance of a radical pro-abortion agenda came when the Department of Health and Human Services mandated, in contravention of the First Amendment, that all religious organizations provide contraception, sterilization and various forms of abortion to employees. This may be the single greatest violation of our constitutionally safeguarded religious liberties in our lifetimes. The mandate remains in place to this day.

I think the opinion writer over at good old CNS ("Conservative News Service") has sniffed up all the liquid paper and Sharpie markers in his desk, and moved on to huffing the can of compressed air.

I really don't get why anyone would post such crud. I mean is it impossible to sway people to your beliefs so you don't even debate, you just throw fresh meat to your minions? Why even bother posting this sort or lousy opinion piece? Do you think all of us that aren't in the hate column will read this and some sort of light will go on and we will become ignorant as the author hopes we are?

It was written by Matt Barber.
He's one of the guys who makes at least part of his living by pretending gays are a threat to the family...

I suspect that because Romney's going to be the next Repub nomination and the anti-gay rhetoric could damage Repubs this cycle (and I suspect even worse in upcoming election cycles), he's having to multi-task...

Maybe he's trying to give an example of how conservative politics and low-effort thinking are linked.

I would totally be embarrassed to be a conservative, even if I believed what they did. It's like they're all mildly retarded or something.

Judge Ryskamp did order Holder's DOJ to pay $120,000, and that's taxpayer money. Taxpayers are also on the hook for legal fees. The Judge did berate the DOJ for bringing up the case without anything like evidence, and this one isn't the first time, or even the first judge to criticize the DOJ for bringing this sort of case before the court without evidence.

In other words Holder did get spanked. He looks pretty bad, and that also is not the first time.

For instance, Dick Retta, an 80-year-old grandfather from Rockville who prays and counsels outside the Planned Parenthood office two blocks from the White House, is charged with obstructing a woman entering the building, and shouting after her, "Don't go in there. Don't let them kill your baby."

The federal judge in Retta's case has written, "the Government's Complaint could certainly benefit from the addition of some fuller factual allegations."
