In 2010 Holder had the DOJ run around and lay charges on people who were standing outside abortion clinics handing out information leaflets, and offering information.

The allegation was they were aggressively preventing people from getting into the clinic.

The DOJ had no actual evidence showing that was what was happening. Two of the cases made it to court last week. In both cases the judges basically said "Huh? There's no evidence here. What's this even doing here. In one case the judge made the DOJ give the lady $120,000 for court costs, and such.

OK well that it then. I'm voting for Obama

The OP also references previous cases where Holder has abused his authority.

The first case would be the one where he refused to prosecute the two black panthers (one armed with a billy club) who were publicly intimidating voters outside a polling station. Some in the DOJ claim they've been told black on white offences of voter intimidation are not to be prosecuted under Holder, only white on black.

Holder's refusal to prosecute the panthers who offered a dead or alive reward on George Zimmerman was also mentioned.

Fast and Furious was mentioned, of course. You remember that one, I suppose. That was the one where Holder had guns sold to a Mexican drug cartel. Many have been killed by those guns including an American border patrol agent. It's suggested this was a scheme to create gun chaos from American guns to later push for gun control.

The idea of all this is Eric holder doesn't deserve to manage a 7-11, much less the Department of justice. That Obama refuses to fire him says a lot about the president.
