What I understand as your way:

A. So they are marching. Big deal. That's their Constitutional RIGHT.
B. Psychic powers are not usable as cause to suspend someone's Constitutional rights.
C. Doesn't matter how much you care. You can't run roughshod over the Constitution even if you are a caring psychic.
D. You can't declare MARTIAL law simply because you don't like someones legal behavior.


There are laws governing when MARTIAL law can be declared and criteria that must be met first. What you do with your finger and butt is not germane to the situation.

This is not the old west, or a military dictatorship.

Not because I don't like them. Because they are on the brink of causing chaos. Now they can have their say just not out within 20 feet of publicly accessed thoroughfare.

I mentioned them myself in this thread.

I have noticed this case has strangely become divided among political affiliations. I see many Democrats are automatically judging Zimmerman guilty despite a lack of evidence, and Republicans rushing to his defense claiming he is innocent.

Odd. I have a good inclination as to why, but this is neither the time nor the place.

Well one reason the left keeps getting called out on their BS concerning these stories about what's happening in Sanford is that's what you do with BS. You call it out. The left's claims keep turning out to be false, and they get told so, then they whine about partisanship.

For example with this one. Turns out there is no evidence of actual, armed Neo-Nazis patrolling Sanford.

Am I partisan for telling you these armed, neo-nazi patrols aren't actually in Sanford? Tough.

You do not think the NBPP has weapons? You think they resolve their differences over a cup of coffee? You believe they use pool noodles to exact revenge?
