This is another one of those events that a pundit on the Sunday talk shows described best: folks that love Obama will defend it as necessary in the continued quest to (in their minds) repair the damage that W. did to our reputation in the world (which his cowboy attitude certainly wasn't a positive trait), and folks that hate Obama will present it as further proof that Obama is hell-bent on destroying our country (which is goofy - Obama doesn't have what it takes to do that).

Me, I don't love him or hate him - but he shouldn't have done it - he wouldn't have been breaking protocol if he hadn't done it.
