Mastriano's attorney is also disputing the lynch mob's authority to compell Mastriano to testify with Merrick Garland's puppet DOJ waiting in the wings, he'd previously agreed to give a voluntary deposition but that wouldn't have created the perjury trap process crime loving Democrats love.

Trump and his team organized and tried to implement multiple illegal schemes to overturn the results of an election he lost, to the point of inciting a violent mob to attack Congress to block the Constitutional authorization for the transfer of power. Anyone who continues to try to make excuses for that conduct should be ashamed of themselves. They’re enemies of the American Constitutional form of government.
