Default Mastriano's Attorney Concerned Jan. 6 Committee Could Affect Pa. Governor's Race

Oh my, a Republican pushing back against the select lynch mob's show trial.

Quote:
An attorney for Pennsylvania’s Republican nominee for governor is raising concerns with the January 6 Select Committee about how excerpts of a scheduled interview between Doug Mastriano and the committee could be used and whether they could affect the November general election.

In a letter to the committee sent on Friday, attorney Tim Parlatore said Mastriano is “engaged in a hotly contested general election race” and “has legitimate concerns that your committee may attempt to influence the outcome of the Pennsylvania state elections through the dissemination of disinformation.”
Just because Pelosi's inquisition hired a Hollywood producer to maximize the propaganda value of their show trial is no reason to object to the interview being used as fodder for election interference. Trump was impeached for so-called election interference but when Democrats do it, it's patriotic.

Mastriano's attorney is also disputing the lynch mob's authority to compell Mastriano to testify with Merrick Garland's puppet DOJ waiting in the wings, he'd previously agreed to give a voluntary deposition but that wouldn't have created the perjury trap process crime loving Democrats love.

Gee, if he’s concerned about an investigation into his client’s participation in an attack on American democracy, maybe his client shouldn’t have participated in an attack on American democracy.

OOOH! An "attack on American democracy". Like Biden and the Democrat monkeys are doing, no doubt.

Racist, Extremist, Radical, Fascist, "attack on democracy"...Words that mean nothing but are said to inflame...

I still remember this from 2011...It's ALL just a narrative......

Schumer the extremist

Quote:
If only there were an app for Sen. Charles E. Schumer’s smartphone that would tell him when there’s a reporter on the line waiting to trap him. The New York Democrat was caught unaware that others were listening during a conference call he held with colleagues. Mr. Schumer spoke a bit too liberally about his party’s strategy to win the budget battle set to heat up next week.

“I always use the word ‘extreme,’ that’s what the caucus instructed me to do the other week,” Mr. Schumer is heard saying on tape to describe Republican proposals. His favorite soundbites are: ” ‘Extreme cuts’ and ‘all these riders’ and ‘Boehner’s in a box, but if he supports the Tea Party there’s going to inevitably be a shutdown.’ ” As soon as someone realized the Democratic Policy Committee chairman was seriously off-message, he was cut off.

If Democrats were concerned about finding out the truth about what happened on January 6th they wouldn't have rigged the committee membership and conducted the proceedings as an orchestrated KGB show trial of President Trump. The select lynch mob has abandoned any pretense of due process in favor of theatrics such as editing interviews to fit the Orange Man bad obsession, dramatized public arrests of witnesses, and indulging hearsay as unchallenged truth. Waiting in the wings is the most blatantly partisan DOJ in nearly a century ready to manufacture indictments for the "crime" of supporting President Trump. Gee, why would anyone hesitate to participate in the carnival of hate.

Trump and his team organized and tried to implement multiple illegal schemes to overturn the results of an election he lost, to the point of inciting a violent mob to attack Congress to block the Constitutional authorization for the transfer of power. Anyone who continues to try to make excuses for that conduct should be ashamed of themselves. They’re enemies of the American Constitutional form of government.

I notice that you didn't even attempt to refute any of the points that AZRWinger made and instead restorted to attacking Trump and his supporters for made up crimes. I take it that this is an acknoledgment that the Jan 6 Committee is nothing but political theater.

My favorite one is from years ago when Republicans decided that they would only increase the federal budget by 8% instead of 10% Democrats called it a DRACONIAN CUT!

You have to admit, the Dems are the masters at word play and controlling the narrative. It helps when you own 90-95 % of the media, and every network uses the exact same buzz words and catch phrases that the DNC tells them to use.
